Lots o Smileys Troubleshooting Bonus

These show my CHMOD settings, and the errors I received when trying to modify the smileys in the Classic emoticons folder. It did allow the modifications (I changed the code for two of the emoticons to ones we're accustomed to using on another forum) but left these errors in the Forum Error Log.
